Directions:
1. In a stainless steel saucepan combine all the ingredients except the basil. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. In a food processor or blender puree the mixture until it is very smooth. Add the basil and reheat before serving, if necessary.
