Zesty mashed sweet potatoes
Potato masher or Potato ricer
Pre-prep. Instructions:

Directions:
1. Boil potatoes in enough water to cover until tender. 2. Drain and let stand until cool enough to handle. In the mean while heat the remaining of the ingredients in a small saucepan. 3. Remove the skins, then mash or rice the sweet potatoes. Add the butter and milk mixture,then beat with a whisk or an electric mixer until fluffy. Serve immediately.
